As a graduate of Coach University, Cheryl was taught comprehensive and leading edge techniques as well as standard practices in the coaching profession.  Cheryl also studied with the founders of the Empowerment Institute, attended NAMI Basics, brain functioning and disorder classes and countless other personal and spiritual development methods over the past 20 years.  Cheryl continues to expand her knowledge and client offerings to constantly increase the range of possibility.

The path Cheryl has taken to discover her authentic self, her gifts, and her life mission has been divine and blessed, but not without some challenges.  In a very fast-paced world, it can be easy to lose track of why we’re here and what we want most for ourselves and our life.  Getting the support needed and making the journey interesting and enjoyable is essential.
